Review of Dogfish Head

My friends wanted to go here for dinner and seeing the last review was from 2 yrs ago I was hoping they had a GF menu by now, but sadly do not. The waitress seemed knowledgable and informed me nothing was truly GF because of kitchen practices. I ended up w/ a pub salad w/ oil & vinegar dressing. <yawn> But at least I didn't get sick!! (I am non-Celiac gluten-intolerant.)
