The staff might not be knowledgeable on what is naturally GF. But you can bet that they know what the chef is putting on the food and then you can be the judge.

They have a GF menu however staff is NOT trained!!!! The wrong food was brought out to me. I asked the server if it was GF and he said yes. I looked at the GF menu and it was not on there. I watched corn tortillas being made on a contaminated surface, the lady did not wear clean gloves and the surface was wiped down with a dirty towel!!!!! I'm so sick!!!!! This restaurant should not be on this website!!!!!

Asked if chips are GF. Waitress said no. Immediately a GF menu was provided along with GF chips, which were just corn taco shells. Food was fine but not great.

Great if they follow their menu but I have had serious cross contamination issues twice (the rest of my family loves this place). Had one server who claimed his girlfriend was GF and he totally understood. Then he served me flour tortillas. I caught the error, he apologized and then asked the tortilla maker right there on the floor to make corn tortillas for me. The guy DID NOT change his gloves or clean the grill and he had just finished making the flour ones (I watched all of this). So I didn't eat the corn tortillas either. If they do this right in front of the patrons I can only imagine what goes on in the kitchen.

We went there tonight for dinner & when I asked for the gf menu. I was told a manager will be over to talk to me. He came over & I was told they no longer have a gf menu because they can no longer guarantee the food will be gluten free. He then said something about changing suppliers. This location needs to be removed from the the list of safe places.

They weren’t able to provide a menu with gf options, called their offerings gluten friendly, and I got sick after taking a chance and eating the recommended steak fajitas with corn tortillas.

This place is the freaking bomb! Because their fried taco shells are made at a central location, FRIED TACO SHELLS ARE BACK ON THE MENU. Also, since they can just use fried taco shells as the "chips," chips and salsa are back on the menu. Only mexican food place in town where I c an eat chips salsa. ALSO, the enchiladas are safe! Bon Appetit!

I took down two stars because on my last visit, it seemed the gf taco shells had changed dramatically in quality. They are still gluten free. But they seemed to be thicker, much less crispy and not very good. Lets be honest i go here for the ability to eat crispy fried taco shells as chips with salsa and the crispy taco shells. If those suck, i probably wont go here. It was nice while it lasted though.

Nima approved grilled shrimp and veggies (not so good on the dry side salad).
