I’ve been eating at this Dos Bros for 4 years and I’ve only gotten sick once (from cheese, not gluten). You definitely have to keep an eye on the food preparation but the bowls have been safe so far! Ask for glove change and explain your allergies, and you should be set!

Cody assured me my food would be safe as he specifically prepared it and they specialized in prepping food safely. The food was delicious and I never got sick. Definitely Celiac friendly!!!

I wanted to like this place based on the menu; however, the quality of the food is lacking. The service is very good and the staff are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had a reaction—I think to one of the dressings—despite being careful to order gluten-free, so I think that the chain is not as concerned with high-quality food as I would like. “Regular” people should have nothing to complain about. It is similar to Chipotle.

I eat here at least once a week & they are very careful & knowledgeable about Celiac disease! Owners are extremely nice! I usually get the steak nachos & they are delicious!
