They have a GF button that the waiter presses when ordering to inform the kitchen, and they put Down wax paper on preparation surfaces to decrease cross-contamination possibilities.2 of the sauces are marked GF, and also do not include milk products.They have multiple GF and Milk free sides.The Wings are smoked, dry with a spice rub. No breading, just like the rest of the meats. Overall a worry free dining perspective.From a Southern boys point of view the BBQ isn't dried out, and flavorful. It's a mix of Memphis dry-rub style and Carolina vinegar based. Quite good for something up North!
