I just had dinner there. The sous chef came to the table to answer any questions I may have. When she didn't feel 100% comfortable answering all my questions, she called the head chef as she wanted to make 100% sure I would not get sick. I really appreciate the concern both showed towards any type of gluten cross contamination.
He told me everything that he could prepare to avoid cross-contamination and obviously gluten. My meal was delicious and there no cross contamination.

Staff is EXTREMELY accommodating with allergies. We expressed worry about the fryer and were immediately offered the opportunity to have the plátanos from the “casero típico” prepared in a separate pan.
