First, we are not celiac; we just choose to eat a gluten free diet. With that disclaimer, I will say that they serve by far the best GF pizza we’ve found anywhere—and we’ve sampled quite a few. Home made crust (rice flour) that is pillowy, chewy, perfect. Many toppings are also home made, including sausage, mozzarella and tomato sauce. We started with burrata (have never had before). It was a beautiful plate of fresh mozzarella encasing another creamy cheese and flavored with pesto, nicely seasoned cherry tomatoes and balsamic. Best of all was the warm perfectly seasoned GF bread to go with it. Dessert was gelato. This was a bit of a splurge for us, but worth every penny. We would go out of our way to eat there again. Delightful service too.
