When going in, I was told that if Celiac, you shouldn’t even go inside. Gluten is flying in the air and they cannot do anything to prevent cross-contamination…same ovens for all pizzas. It’s a shame because the cheeses are great. I did not like the cauliflower GF crust when I tried it prior to my official diagnosis.
