Review of Dough Pizzeria Napoletana

This may well be THE BEST gluten free pizza I’ve had anywhere in the United States. And, as a New Yorker from a family of immigrants from Naples, I won’t lie, I’m a little surprised to find this in San Antonio.

I was so shocked by the appearance and deliciousness of my pizza that I called the server back and asked her to please confirm I had been served a GF pizza. She was kind and called a chef over to assist and he assured me my pizza was GF.

It was amazing. San Antonio has a lot of amazing Tex-Mex and BBQ, but I will always make time for this pizza when visiting.
