The waiter was very knowledgeable and kind about celiac friendly options. And they have a GF menu. They even brought out sealed gf soy sauce packets. Unfortunately, my daughter was sick after the meal, and when we tested the leftovers (Mongolian Beef, like Steve) with our Nima, it came back positive for gluten (2 tests).
