They have a dedicated GF menu. Good food and great service.

I’m stunned by the bad reviews. My server was knowledgeable about what I could eat and the food was great!

Ordered the Mediterranean style fish of the day. Came with potatoes and spinach. I also had the Charbroiled Oysters for an app. All of these things were listed on the gluten free menu. The waitress was aware of the celiac disease. I had the worst reaction after leaving the restaurant.
Left hungry, you have to exclude certain items when you order but won’t substitute in, have to order separate
Yes
Gf menu. Server was not that familiar with GF. I asked questions and provided instructions.
Great food and great service! Has a gluten free menu so it's safer choosing a meal
I would give this place a 5 if not for being gluten free. I ordered intuitively knowing the listed ingredients were gf and had no reaction. Excellent oysters on the 1/2 and an italian crab salad. But went for the oysters and were not disappointed. Few gf offerings, however. My husband said the gumbo was excellent.
We ordered off the gluten-free menu and everything came off the non-gluten menu food was subpar
Horrible service - waitress did not realize I was ordering off their GF menu, served the non-GF item (with pasta), had to correct. I'm not a fish person so can't speak to that.
Good sized gf menu! Skip the Mediterranean crab salad - it was good but just lettuce and crab. Oysters were phenomenal!

Gluten free menu by request. Server was inexperienced but did well checking with the kitchen and bar about my food and drinks. When they brought out my food it was incorrect, they went back and remade the entire dish. It was good and I didn't get sick!

BEST!!! I have zero idea about the entire rest of the menu but can say I've had their char-grilled oysters every time we go to New Orleans, which is at least once/twice a year for years and years. Probably more. Tell they you have celiac and ask for no bread.
I used to take my own bread to soak up the yummy garlic butter but now I leave that to my husband after I'm done eating. We were here in May. Don't be put off that it's in the Hilton. These char-grills ROCK!

Separate GF menu available on request, but mostly just regular items without the gluten-containing parts. Not a great deal of choice. Some servers were not even aware a GF menu existed. Not celiac-safe, since they do not guarantee no cross-contamination.
