Yummy seafood options! Separate menu and very cautious and helpful wait staff. Didn’t get sick!

Although the food was great and the options were amazing, I am now spending the whole night sick to my stomach with a reaction. Not sure what it was, I’m thinking cross contamination or the salad dressing was not in fact gluten free as the waitress thought. Was really excited to hear about how friendly it was since the owners daughter has celiac like me but I just spent too much money there to end up sick for the rest of the night. If you’re just gluten sensitive you’d be ok, my cousin has eaten there and is fine but she’s just sensitive not celiac.

All food tested by Nima. The burger was great and tested gf free but was disappointed by the cheesecake made by a local bakery and all gf ingredients but tested that it had gluten. Good experience overall but so glad we had the Nima tester

A large menu of GF friendly foods. The waiter was super nice and brought me corn chips and salsa instead of the normal bread basket. The lobster chowder is amazing!

Some nice seafood choices here.i love that they have gluten free chowder. Wish they all would install dedicated gluten free Fry Daddy's so I could have fish and chips! :( so many possibilities... But not yet!

Good selection of GF items including Chowder. When ordering a GF burger they are happy to sub Chips & Salsa since they don't have a dedicated fryer. They also carry two different GF Beers including Local Ghostfish Brewery. To top it off they have great group of people working here.

They have a decent gluten-free menu, and you don't have to order burgers without buns!

I had a burger on a gluten free bun (one of the best GF buns I’d had in my life) and it was amazing. I couldn’t order fries as a side because of cross-contamination, but I was able to have red potatoes as a side that were very good. The server was very knowledgeable, was a great experience!

The service was amazing. At the beginning of our dining they brought out bread for everyone to eat. The waitress knew that I could not have it. She brought out chips And salsa for me. I had the chowder and seafood salad. It was amazing. There was surprisingly a lot of options on the menu. The waitress even come to the table and told me how they are going to prepare my food. I do not think that five stars is enough!

We love Duke's. Seriously love it. Today was my first time eating there since diagnosis. Talked to a manager about Celiac protocols for fresh gloves, fresh utensils, freshly cleaned surfaces. She stated absolute confidence that the kitchen could get this right. She packaged my food in a separate bag from my husband's.

...and I still got glutened.
