We were traveling to the National Parks and was concerned about the options for gluten free food in more remote areas. Duke's was a wonderful find! The staff was very knowledgeable about Celiac. They had awesome GF buns and much of the menu was GF. I had an omelette for breakfast and it was terrific. There was no GF menu, but they took great care to avoid contamination. The burger was awesome. I had no problems at all!
