I was a little skeptical of this place but pleasantly found out that they offer a gluten free bun! I had the grilled chicken sandwich that came with mashed potatoes and it was just what I needed after a long day of hiking in Capital Reef National Park. The cornbread was not gf but their water was fire!

Was concerned about gluten free choices in the remote areas from park to park. Dukes has a gluten free menu. Waitress was wonderful. Food was very good.

There is a gluten free menu. They staff had soom knowledge of cross contamination prevention procedures and was able to communicate their limitations and offer alternatives. Had gf buns.

We were traveling to the National Parks and was concerned about the options for gluten free food in more remote areas. Duke's was a wonderful find! The staff was very knowledgeable about Celiac. They had awesome GF buns and much of the menu was GF. I had an omelette for breakfast and it was terrific. There was no GF menu, but they took great care to avoid contamination. The burger was awesome. I had no problems at all!
