The waiter Alex at Duke's always does an excellent job on my GF DF meal. Alex himself has food allergies so he takes it VERY seriously. And the best part is, Alex works every day of the week so he's always there! Usually I get the Chilean sea bass, dry baked potato, steamed veggies and salad. A few years ago, I had an additional 20+ food allergies and Alex even kept my food allergy list posted in the kitchen. The chef is very careful to prepare the items in a separate clean pan, not on the grill, and takes Alex's instructions very seriously. I have never gotten sick here and we've been eating here for 4+ years now. This is an upscale restaurant with a nice atmosphere.
