Salad and a bag of potato chips are only gluten free option as long as you don't get chicken with it.

have a few different salad options and are able to make almost any sandwhich without bun so there is still good substance to the meal

The staff was pretty clueless about gluten issues, but a few of the salads on their menu were marked gluten-free. When I asked if any of their other salad dressings were gluten free (I didn't want ranch dressing), I got a "deer in the headlights" stare followed by "how should I know?". I ate the Cobb salad without dressing and didn't get sick.

They offer a few salads and soups that are labeled gf on the menu. We at here and I got the cob salad and chicken tortilla soup. Both were excellent and my family loved the rest of the menu which is not gf.
I have celiac and never got sick here. We liked it so much that we actually got it several times.
