They offer a few salads and soups that are labeled gf on the menu. We at here and I got the cob salad and chicken tortilla soup. Both were excellent and my family loved the rest of the menu which is not gf.
I have celiac and never got sick here. We liked it so much that we actually got it several times.

The staff was pretty clueless about gluten issues, but a few of the salads on their menu were marked gluten-free. When I asked if any of their other salad dressings were gluten free (I didn't want ranch dressing), I got a "deer in the headlights" stare followed by "how should I know?". I ate the Cobb salad without dressing and didn't get sick.

Eating in Vegas can be expensive (and not very healthy) so I was happy to take a break from shopping in the Miracle Mile Shops and enjoy a fresh salad and drink for under $12. Thank you FMGF. I never would have thought to eat here.
