I ate here twice whilst in Vancouver and had a great experience. I had a pizza and the salmon with rice and veggies. Both times the waiters knew what coeliac disease was and assured me that they would take precautions to avoid cross contamination. I didn’t get ill from eating here so I do think they took it very seriously. And the food was nice too.

One of the servers was celiac & swore up and down that the fries were safe. I ended up sick :(

Not much is marked GF but it seemed like they can make many things GF. Servers knowledgeable. Gluten free fryer for fries!

Delicious pizza! Never had any pizza that crunchy!
Yes
I felt there were a few gluten free options for me- but I didn’t feel 100% confident that there was no cross contamination. They are honest about the fact it is “gluten friendly”- so we tried the GF pizza and the gf lobster tostadas (delicious, but a small appetizer portion). I am non symptomatic celiac, so no way of telling if there was cross contamination- but the waitress did inform the chef, and she did seem on top of it as best she could. :|
The current menu has one appetizer and one main that are celiac safe. Earls generally has good food, and usually does a great job with allergies, but call ahead before you go to make sure you have options you’ll like.
Yes
I would've given it five stars but I believe I've been fed gluten or dairy as I had an instant reaction even though I told the waiter which is a shame as the food was very good. My mum who has the same issue didn't have any problems though but just be cautious if you do go here.
Pretty good gluten free crustKnowledgeable bartender and kitchen

Amazing experience for our dinner. Our server was extremely knowledgeable about Celiac and helpful. They do have gf items marked on the menu, but can make modifications to many other items on the menu as well. Dedicated fryer for the fries and really good gluten-free buns.

I came in for some appetizers and apparently they have a gluten free fryer (first earls I've heard that has this). I got some fries and calamari and was ok after! This may be a new addition from the previous reviews.
