Plan on leaving some extra time as it takes awhile for orders to be fulfilled - but it’s worth the wait. Not 100% GF, but very close. Everything is clearly marked and they have dedicated toasters. The food was very tasty and my celiac daughter was thrilled to be able to order from 95% of the menu. We loved it so much, we paid it forward on their “pay it forward” board.

Such a great place to have a safe gluten free meal. Went there to have breakfast and loved it! I has the sautéed spinach with egg and roasted potatoes with their special sauce. Looking forward to going again!

No longer a Dedicated Gluten Free Facility. You need to announce that you have celiac, gluten allergy etc prior to ordering.

It’s all GF here. The ambiance is cool, the owners are friendly and knowledgeable and the food is great! My faves are the tuna melt and asopao de pollo. Some of the dishes are heavy on garlic.. but the chefs are super accommodating... and no Cross- contamination!!

Great place! Had a Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich, gluten and dairy free. The roasted potatoes are delicious with sauce that can be dairy free. Great atmosphere as well.

Great friendly staff, awesome GF food, cool space for eating and/or working (coffee shop-esque). Would never have found this spot if it weren't for this app and really enjoyed our lunch at hidden gem. Had the tuna melt on tasty bread and the chili with garlic bread. Highly recommended!

Just found out I have Celiac disease. That feeling of I'm never having a good meal again came over me. Then I googled Gluten free restaurants. I couldn't believe there was one in poughkeepsie! So today I went in and tried it out. I have to say all of the 5 star reviews were spot on! I had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and it was delicious! I also got one of their pumpkin breads with chocolate drizzle on top, it was amazing! I will be a constant customer here. I cant believe it was all gluten free, and the price wasn't bad either. Def worth going. Whether you have a gluten alergy or not. Oh and the place was spotlessly clean, even the bathroom. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you ladies.

Absolutely delish! It’s a dedicated gluten free restaurant. We tried the chili and tomato soup - both very flavorful. I had the burger with mozzarella and bacon and loved it!

What an amazing find! Completely gluten free facility, I could order like a "normal" person! The tuna melt and chili were amazing, my friend had the tomato soup and it was so fresh and tasty. When ordering the chili, I was asked if I wanted garlic bread and immediately said, "no, I..." and then realized YES I CAN! A great place for lunch.

100% Celiac Friendly.. 100% of menu items are GF and made in-house. They seem to have a knowledgable staff and are very polite and accomodating. They also have a few vegan options. It is very difficult to find celiac friendly places in the hudson valley so this place is absolutely amazing for being a dedicated GF facility. I had the sofrito chicken on GF bread with veggie(plantain) chips and it was amazing, and so was being able to eat with confidence and 0-anxiety. I highly recommend to anyone with celiac! Will be back for sure.

My husband and I visited today for the 1st time. Having celiac, I don't feel comfortable eating out too often. But, after speaking with the owners, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they are doing everything right! They use fresh ingredients and everything is safe! My husband had the chili and I had a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Both were delicious! I am so glad to have this option in Poughkeepsie!

I ordered some sandwiches to go and a cup of chilli.. delicious sandwiches on gluten free bread..chilli was great..and a big slice of gf pound cake for dessert. open table kitchen in a old factory building.. would never have found it without this app thank you

Delicious food at an affordable rate. This business is dedicated gluten free from the bread to the house-made black bean burgers. Also no soy or dairy in any of the dressings.
