Review of Earth, Wind & Fuego

My husband and I visited today for the 1st time. Having celiac, I don't feel comfortable eating out too often. But, after speaking with the owners, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they are doing everything right! They use fresh ingredients and everything is safe! My husband had the chili and I had a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Both were delicious! I am so glad to have this option in Poughkeepsie!
