The manager wAs responsive to my questions about cross contamination, and ensured the cooks took extra care in preparing my meal. I had a Very yummy BBQ sandwich with chips and pickle! And no reaction afterwards.
Great place and interesting sandwich choices. Had a sheet displayed with all the meats, sauces etc that were gf. Knew to make my sandwich on separate surface, etc
Have gluten free items suggested by Sysco, company that delivers food, but put other than that have no clue what even gluten is....I did order a gluten free Reuben after having to instruct them how to cook it and after asking what kind of dressing the lady said "it's not gluten free" when I asked what brand she said "kens", which I knew all kens dressing were pretty much gluten free, She then suggested a salad bar...which for anyone who is gluten free knows irritates them...the food was good though and they do use Udis bread
They had no idea what options were gluten free and couldn't even tell me if the potato salad and tuna salad was gluten free... In fact when I asked she said well we have gluten-free buns that's all. After I ordered she found the allergy menu and it still wasn't very detailed so then I proceeded to email management and got a super vague response but they couldn't guarantee anything to be gluten free and wouldn't even tell me the ingredients of the items i asked about
I ordered a sandwich on gf bread. When I received it, it appeared to be on a wheat bread. I went back inside to double check and the two women were abrupt and not kind when I asked for them to double check. I am accustomed to gf entrees being labeled as well, which it was not.
