Review of Eataly

I’m so confused why reviews are poor here. If you want gluten free pizza and pasta…this isn’t the place. But if you want a healthy meal, this is a winner. The separate food booths honestly take care of cross contamination risk, so that’s great. I have eaten here twice in three days. I ate at the fish booth, which has no gluten…fish, potatoes, veggies. Cooked with lemon and EVOO. And I ate at the butcher and had delicious grilled chicken and a simple salad. And I had a nice cheese plate too. I also stopped by the gelato shop for dessert. Just stay away from the pizza, sandwich and pasta stands. The naturally gluten free food is much better anyway! This is also in the only smoke free hotel/casino in Vegas. Extra credit for that.
