Seconding the recommendation to stop at the butcher and the fish place for tasty gluten free options. Those two stalls in particular are mostly (though not entirely) GF so although they don’t know much about cross-contamination, they should be pretty safe.

Patissaria…. This is a pastry place that looks so dangerous but they had two options that looked safe for me…they were a chocolate mousse and another creamy dessert! The mousse was delicious and I was fine although there was a small amount of a cake looking substance at the bottom even though it said only dairy ingredients. My husband ate the cake part

I figured cheese and meat was a safe place to start. I spoke to the chef, he seemed knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination. I had the Buratta with pesto followed by a chocolate bar from the market. No problems.

I’m so confused why reviews are poor here. If you want gluten free pizza and pasta…this isn’t the place. But if you want a healthy meal, this is a winner. The separate food booths honestly take care of cross contamination risk, so that’s great. I have eaten here twice in three days. I ate at the fish booth, which has no gluten…fish, potatoes, veggies. Cooked with lemon and EVOO. And I ate at the butcher and had delicious grilled chicken and a simple salad. And I had a nice cheese plate too. I also stopped by the gelato shop for dessert. Just stay away from the pizza, sandwich and pasta stands. The naturally gluten free food is much better anyway! This is also in the only smoke free hotel/casino in Vegas. Extra credit for that.

I stopped by the pizza and pasta restaurant after reading that they had some gf options. I spoke with the woman at the host stand prior to being seated and she informed me that the gf pizza is not recommended for those with celiac (this is also listed directly on the menu) due to it not being a gf environment (dough is made in same area and pizzas are handled on same surfaces as non gf). However, their pasta kitchen is separate and she said they could make any of their pastas except the ravioli with gf pasta.
Spoke with my waitress about the allergy as well and she can me the same info. I ended up ordering the Cacio e Pepe. BUT my stomach had started to hurt after a few bites and I found not only a piece of plastic mixed in, but a clearly not GF noodle (they only had one type of gf pasta noodle).
They ended up taking care of my meal, but I would not reccomend this location for anyone with a severe intolerance or celiac's.

This is an interesting concept - different “booths” sell Italian street food, or pizza, or gelato, or Nutella - but there is Nothing Gluten Free. The cheese stand was closed on Monday, but they didn’t even have packaged cheese in the refrigerator case. You could have gotten a GF pizza on the sit down restaurant (and I was told GF pasta but it wasn’t on the menu) but there was along line and we didn’t want pizza again. So I resorted to ordering a ball of fresh mozzarella from the bar and ate that with some almonds I had in my purse

Well, there was a lot of FOMO going on for me as my family ate some really nice bread(with honey and cheese) and pizzas. They love this place and we e been here several times. This was my first time here as diagnosed celiacs. The menu wasn’t easy, but waitress was very good. She told me which pasta and other dishes they could swap with gluten free pasta. She even knew to tell me not to do the gluten free pizza because of cross contamination. I had a really delicious GF pasta with mushrooms and a white sauce, and a really nice glass of wine. We also shopped in the store and bought several gluten free items. My family loved it. I unfortunately did have some light symptoms the next day which for me means cross contamination. Still would probably go back because family likes it so much.

One of the best fresh gf pastas I had. Got it at the restaurant and it was so chewy and fresh I thought it wasn’t really gf. Also the waitress was really sweet understanding and made sure the food was the safest it could be.

Terra at Eataly Silicon Valley
No GF marked on menu. They do have GF pasta available made from chickpea. I was very disappointed in how it was cooked, very undercooked. This is probably the safest thing there besides some salad options. Almost everything else on the menu is not celiac safe as their signature is grilled items, all which share the grill with gluten-containing items (bread etc). They scrape the grill but do not clean so use caution. Server was helpful and spoke to the chef multiple times for us to confirm information.
Wait for food was incredibly long.
