I stopped by the pizza and pasta restaurant after reading that they had some gf options. I spoke with the woman at the host stand prior to being seated and she informed me that the gf pizza is not recommended for those with celiac (this is also listed directly on the menu) due to it not being a gf environment (dough is made in same area and pizzas are handled on same surfaces as non gf). However, their pasta kitchen is separate and she said they could make any of their pastas except the ravioli with gf pasta.

Spoke with my waitress about the allergy as well and she can me the same info. I ended up ordering the Cacio e Pepe. BUT my stomach had started to hurt after a few bites and I found not only a piece of plastic mixed in, but a clearly not GF noodle (they only had one type of gf pasta noodle).

They ended up taking care of my meal, but I would not reccomend this location for anyone with a severe intolerance or celiac's.
