A lot of the foods contain gluten. There is a very limited selection. Basically go here if you just want a salad.
What is gluten free is ok-good. Very small selection but portions are good sized.
— Not at all
— Gluten-free items are marked on the main menu
— Not Much
This place is a great hidden gem. The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and super sweet. You can taste the freshness with the food and it really tastes like it is all made in-house. I had the West Coast Chicken Pesto made with the gluten free wrap. I also had the sweet potato fries as my side dish that the waiter suggested to have baked instead of fried to assure safe for me to eat after I mentioned I had celiac disease. I will definitely go back again knowing they can adjust most of the menu to be gluten free. They even had a gluten free item on dessert menu for those who have room for dessert or have a sweet craving.
I had the fettuccine Alfredo with GF pasta
Found this on Find Me Gluten Free and had lunch. Had the taco salad without the shell. It was delicious. Several Gluten Free items noted on the menu.
I have eaten here many times. They mark items on their menu if they are gluten free or that can be modified to be gf. The wait staff is knowledgable and won't hesitate to ask the kitchen. However, be aware that they do not have a dedicated fryer so their French fries and fried plantains are not safe. Also I wish they would take the step to offer a gluten tee pasta for their sauces.
