Review of Eden Cafe

I have eaten here many times. They mark items on their menu if they are gluten free or that can be modified to be gf. The wait staff is knowledgable and won't hesitate to ask the kitchen. However, be aware that they do not have a dedicated fryer so their French fries and fried plantains are not safe. Also I wish they would take the step to offer a gluten tee pasta for their sauces.
