Edge Steakhouse was first and foremost an outstanding culinary experience. They could do most of the items gluten free and were very sensitive to our needs. Spicy shrimp was so good. Pork chop and Utah Red Trout were great. Staff very knowledgeable. Even their gluten free rolls were so good, several staff liked them better than the regular ones.
This place is pretty amazing. Phenomenal steaks. Don’t go if you were in a rush. They do very slow service on purpose. Not necessarily a complaint but we were getting pretty tired after skiing. Pretty much perfect dining experience but you are definitely going to pay for it.service is great. Walking distance from a bunch of hotels. I felt very safe there. They definitely care about allergies.

The Edge Steakhouse is hands down THE best Steakhouse in the state of Utah!! Not only is the food, service, atmosphere phenomenal... but the entire staff takes celiac VERY seriously. Every time a plate of food (also down to a palette cleanser) was brought out, they notified me down to the ingredients of no gluten. After each time they took our empty plates to clear for new plates of food, they also took extra measure to not push any crumbs (from my husband's massive and beautiful bread roll) near me. And the GF roll for me was DELICIOUS. My point is, they made sure there was NO cross contamination in any of the plates. I felt completely safe and trusted everything that came out of the kitchen. The Spicy Shrimp (among the rest of the food) was so amazing, we asked for another. They use cornstarch and designated dryer... and the spicy sauce is so perfect. The entire staff is very knowledgeable with celiac. With any menu item I had a question with, they were sure to make me feel confident in knowing everything was coming out safe.
