Ate at Edson Hill for dinner (did not stay there). This was certainly one of the best fine dining experiences that I've had, maybe anywhere but definitely the best in VT. As someone with Celiac disease, I was so impressed with how knowledgeable the waitstaff was with the menu and I felt confident about eating safely. My wife and I split a cheeseboard and we were given gf sourdough bread which was incredible. For dinner, I had the venison rack and she had the scallops and pancetta. The chef specially fried the brussel sprouts on her dish to avoid cross contamination so her dish was also gluten free. The cocktails were great as well. I would happily go back.
