Had a great experience here. I asked if they had an allergen menu, which they brought out to me. I was told bowls with no chickpeas were the best option for gluten free They noted the allergy and told me they change gloves when they note the allergy. I ended up eating here twice in my weekend in Disney springs and had no issues. And loved my meal. I did the bowl with basmati rice, paneer, and tikka both times.

I ate here yesterday for the first time and the hostess assured me that they take food allergies seriously. She recommended that I go for a bowl but leave out the chickpea pearls (which are like little puffed chickpeas) since those come from a place that has cross-contamination with wheat. There is no gluten-free bread, but the biwls have several options. I had a bowl with turmeric cauliflower rice, chicken tikka, cabbage and their version of "pico de gallo." I also had a side of yogurt raita sauce and paneer. didn't love the yogurt sauce. the paneer, chicken, and tikka sauce were good. the cauliflower rice was a bit watery and lacking in flavor, but I'm glad it's there as an offering.
