The cinnamon rolls are incredible! The first batch of pancakes tested positive for gluten with my Nima tester. They cleaned the griddle, got clean utensils, and used pancake batter from the back instead of from the line. The 2nd batch was negative for gluten and the best pancakes I've ever had! The manager was so kind and walked me through the kitchen procedures. She even made my breakfast on the house because of the mishap. If you have Celiac, I would recommend that you ask them to clean the griddle and use batter from the back. I'll definitely be coming back!
