Review of Eggslut

my non Gf friends love this place but I was hesitant because of the limited menu and small kitchen space. The chef came out and talked to me about my dietary needs (no gluten or corn) and personally made my meal in front of me in a separate clean pan. I got the bacon egg cheese sandwich but he subbed an arugula salad for the GF bun ( they make their GF bread in house but it contains cornstarch which I don't tolerate) the buns aren't advertised so definitely ask for it. also the Slut does not contain gluten in the ingredients and is cooked in individual glass jars so it's safe. the food was very good, the attention to my needs was high appreciated and I didn't get sick.
