I had the corned beef hash which came with breakfast potatoes, eggs and fresh fruit of berries and melon. The potatoes are fried in the same fryer but I talked to the executive chef and he says he can boil them in water instead and then could sauté so they will not be cross contaminated.
They also have turkey sausage and turkey bacon. It is uncured and no fillers.
They have fresh squeezed orange and grapefruit juices
The chicken is Coleman brand and antibiotic free.
Separate waffle maker for gf waffles and they clean the grill very often and will clean grill before making your pancakes if requested.
I would call the chef out to the table because the waiter was not up to date on the particulars.
Overall it was a great experience!
They also use free range omega 3 eggs.
Staff is knowledged. The first option on the menu was delicious (chicken panini and aioli). It should’ve been a panini, but to accommodate it to glutenfree I got toasted gluten free bread. As side dish the salad (which was also tasty) was available instead of the fries. Probably because they used a shared fryer.
super disappointed! Shared toaster, shared griddle for pancakes/waffles, shared fryer—a nightmare for those sensitive to cross contamination. I got eggs/bacon/untoasted bread, I won’t be coming back here again
(also, when our waitress asked the chef about shared surfaces, he said that the heat kills gluten…nope)
GF menu was just a paper stating substitutions you can make to make somethings GF but it wasn’t very comprehensive. I asked the waitress if omelets can be GF. She said she didn’t know so it was better not to order it - instead of going back and asking the cooks. I got the GF strawberry and salted caramel waffle. Waffle was not very good. I forced down half because I was hungry. I’ve had gf waffles at restaurants before that were amazing so I know it can be done.
