Food here was pretty good and they were able to accommodate my sensitivity. Definitely will wait for a bit on a Saturday morning so expect that. Our server knew what could be or was GF so that’s a big plus. The food was delivered all together and had me a bit nervous but didn’t get sick! Also they have Gf toast with a dedicated toaster.

They do GF pancakes and have items that the server can advise on that are cooked separately

Holy cow. New Mexican here and this is some great food. Only one restaurant back home that beats it. Just fantastic skilled chefs. A great vibe. It’s expensive and I’m on a student budget but my god I would trade my savings for another meal here

I just called to verify this restaurant had GF options. I was told they do not.

Busy Saturday morning. Told it was an hour wait. We waited two hours and were still not sat. When we inquired, it was confirmed that as a party of two larger parties coming in after us were sat first if the only open table was a bigger one. Wouldn’t sit two people at a four person table even though the tables could be pulled apart. Made no accommodations or apologies.

Wow, gf pancakes are delicious and also df. (Not sure about cross-contamination, but okay for my intolerance of both) pulled pork skillet was awesome. Long wait times on weekends but on-line waitlist available.

I love their gf options & it's delicious. Been quite often. BUUUT we went today & it was not a good experience. I got the club sandwich which comes with soup. I got tortilla soup & was told they'd leave the tortillas out cause they couldn't assure it was safe for me to eat. It came out with tortillas. I've gotten this sandwich multiple times. It came out on bread that was different than usual & did not appear to be gf. It honestly looked identical to the normal toast the people next to me had. I asked the waitress to confirm if it was gf or not. She really quickly said it was. It wasn't. I got sick. We also ordered & were charged for screwdrivers and only got plain OJ. There was part of a broken toothpick inside of the sandwich that I almost choked on. It was as if someone put a toothpick in it, it broke, and they only removed part of it. I tried emailing a complaint on their website but it wasn't working so I Facebook messaged them and have yet to hear back. I encouraged them to do better training especially if they offer gf bread & pancakes. The pancakes did make me violently ill the first time I went so I stay away from those. Unfortunately it was a pretty immediate effect so that made me even more uncomfortable being out in public with friends waiting on me. Really disappointed in our waitress. It should be very obvious to her that my bread looked just like everyone else's & obviously wasn't gf. I really hope it was solely the waitress bc we love going to this place. I hate to give them only 3 stars but if you're celiac you really should know about this experience. (I'm not celiac)

Delicious gf pancakes! I had mine with chocolate chips, and had no signs of cross contamination/didn't get sick at all. Also the sausage links are safe and yummy! Good coffee, too.

Great place. Would definitely visit again when I the area. They have some great specialties. Try The Verb. Their salsa is good. The potatoes are good, but not celiac friendly. Gluten-free pancake was very good.

I am both gluten and dairy sensitive. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Had corned beef hash with gluten free toast. No problems! Would definitely eat here again.

Great breakfast with option of GF Toast, Pancakes or Waffles. Waitress was aware of all available GF items and delivery staff reiterated GF upon delivery. I don't know if food was prepared in a separate area so the potential for cross-contamination exists. I had corned-beef hash in a potato & egg skillet and did not get gluten'd.
