Review of El Centro

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Great staff. Always excellent service, but when I asked about their chips, I was told they were safe as they are corn and not flour. I had a horrible reaction. I later found out that their chips are fried in the same fryer as flour tortillas. So bummed because I love chips and salsa. The only reason its not a five star is because the staff isn't knowledgeable about Celiac.
