The gluten free pizza is great. The gluten free menu has numerous offerings. I highly recommend this restaurant. The server was knowledgeable about gluten and celiac. It was a great experience. I will go again.

Have eaten here many times. One of the owners is GF, so there are loads GF options to choose from. It is such a treat to have so many choices! Excellent understanding of cross contamination. One of their wood- fired oven is dedicated to GF pizza. A true pizza experience!! —but so much more than pizza- good apps, dinner, desert, and cocktails. Menu is well marked. Excellent food all around.

I had a sandwich that wasn’t great but the fries were good. I also got a pizza but found out that despite using a clean tray they still put it on a shared pizza stone. So I’m not sure how people aren’t getting sick from cross contact. I didn’t eat out and they took it off the bill

Feb 02, 2024. See my other reviews below. This time I ordered the Gochujang Cauliflower (GF) with Asian cabbage slaw. The small (GF) orange and beet salad and the Big Pig pork sandwich with GF buns. Absolutely delicious and I did not get sick.

April 15, 2023. I've now eaten here many, many times. Never been ill from gluten. My detailed reviews are shown below. The Gochujang Cauliflower (GF) with Asian cabbage slaw is absolutely fantastic. We order this EVERY time. The small (GF) orange and beet salad and the fire roasted grilled shrimp tacos served in corn tortillas have become my go to meal.

Nov 19, 2022. Second time eating dinner at this restaurant. I ate the Gochujang Cauliflower (GF) with Asian cabbage slaw, the small (GF) orange and beet salad, and the fire roasted grilled tacos (GF upon request). The tacos were served in corn tortillas. Similar to my previous review (below) the food was delicious and I did NOT get sick from any gluten cross-contamination. I posted photos of their menu to accompany my review. One additional thing that I must note is that our server sent the owner/manager over to chat about how seriously they take GF. She is also GF and the kitchen staff is well educated about cross-contamination in their food prep.

Nov 11, 2022. Ate dinner at this restaurant following recommendation from a friend. Wow. Great place to eat GF in Greensburg. Importantly, the food was delicious and I did NOT get sick from any gluten cross-contamination. The menu was clear about what GF options were available. Just about everything on the menu could be had in a GF serving. For an appetizer, I had the Gochujang Cauliflower (GF) with Asian cabbage slaw. The portion was huge and I could have eaten more. Yummy! My entrée was the Nashville Hot Chicken (GF) which was fried chicken tossed in Nashville hot sauce with house-made pickles with sides of rice and roasted green beans. Again, delicious. I haven't eaten GF fried chicken at a restaurant since my celiac diagnosis in 2017. Fantastic. I would eat at this establishment again without any concern.

I just had the most amazing restaurant experience! El Diablo Brewing Co & Wood-fired Kitchen knocks it out of the park with providing a great gluten free menu and knowledgeable staff (Brooke was so friendly and very knowledgeable about gf)! I just had beer, pizza, and dessert that were ALL gluten free! I felt like I was celebrating a special occasion but it was just a normal Wednesday evening. My husband, who is not gluten free, enjoyed a great steak burger and fries. He said it was nice to have a regular onion on the burger and not a red onion. That was his highlight. 😅

Ordered basil chicken with starch and side - it was absolutely delicious! Also ordered the mushroom pizza for our son which I ordered gf so I could try it too 😜 We usually avoid ordering online but you can mark gluten free/celiac/allergy! They truly get it and make it easy to order like a “normal” person while making sure it’s safe for us celiacs to eat. So many options and sooooo good!

The pizza here isn’t a cracker. It’s legit homemade dough. Better than any gluten free pizza I ever had. Additionally, I ate the wings, both hot and dry rub. Both of which were fantastic.

Lastly, I ordered the flank steak. Whatever, they marinate in, it’s amazing. French fries to boot and no issues. This place is a hidden gem. So glad I found it.

Amazing restaurant! Genuinely my favorite place to eat; there’s nowhere I’ve been with as much variety and as knowledgeable of servers. Some options are a little pricey, but totally worth it for great portions and knowing I won’t get glutened. Highly recommend the sandwiches especially!!

What a gem! My picky teenager had a delicious steak frites, and we were told that everything that goes into the fryer is GF (hooray for GF shoestring fries). He rates El Diablo 9.5 out of 10.

Absolutely agree with all the other positive comments! The Nashville “Hot” chicken was (fortunately) not spicy! It was delicious! The sauce on the cauliflower was spicier than the chicken 😅. The owner also has Celiac’s disease so very knowledgeable.

Fantastic dining experience. A great experience for my daughter and I. She has celiacs and we were treated great! The menu is awesome considering Gluten Free dining. The eclectic dining area was wonderful and the staff was very kind. They all appeared to enjoy working there. Pretty delicious food! Got a regular pepperoni pizza and a margarita pizza. They were fantastic! Also got the Nashville hot chicken entree and it was pretty good! A little too salty and not hot at all but soooo nice to have fried chicken again. Got it as takeout and it was hot and fresh.

Not sure what happened because we had eaten at their other restaurant (Sun Dawg Cafe) before many times without a problem. We went here a few weeks ago and I had a reaction later. I would like to try it again but I’m nervous to do so. Just be aware of this I guess.

I’m always looking for a good gluten free pizza. This place offers many items gluten free. They told me they have a separate pizza cutter, pizza pans and area for gluten allergies. I got a carnivore pizza to go a few months back. Today, we got the lamb chop appetizer along with two pizzas (gluten free brisket and gluten free margarita). I did not get sick either visit. Waitress was knowledgeable about gluten free, however non attentive. Items did not come out marked gluten free. The owner apparently also has a gluten allergy. Overall, I think the place is safe and tasty. I will go again.
