Review of El Jefe Luchador

Outfitted with an array of Luchador (Mexican wrestler) masks, El Jefe offers an array of "street style" Mexican foods. Many of these foods are made with flour tortillas. However, the menu does prominently state their white corn tortilla chips are gluten-free. Of course your not at a restaurant to eat chips, you want the Nacho Libre dish. When I tested this concoction with my Nima gluten device, I found it to be contaminated with low levels of gluten. I find the advertising of gluten free chips to be misleading, hence the low rating in my review.
