They have a separate gluten free menu with items marked on what should be substituted. They were careful not to cross contaminate and they answered any questions we had regarding gluten free items.

The Food is good, the staff was thoughtful and careful. The only issue was the manager. Ask to speak with him because of GF fear. He was very annoyed and just said well that's what was put in the system as GF. Obviously doesn't understand the fear of being contaminated nor cared. I only took small bites because of fear I don't get sick and it was good.

Separate GF menu and the food was excellent. Great service too. I had the mango chicken salad. We also had the mango chicken and that was very good.

One of the best Mexican restaurants I have been to. The staff is so knowledgeable about celiac and gluten free. I highly recommend this place.

Loved this restaurant! They had a gluten free menu. They were glad to create special gluten free entrees to order. The manager came out to talk with us. She has a Celiac in the family and gets it!! Thank you!!

I was hesitant based on just the one negative review, but my mother is also Celiac and has been coming here for years. We ordered off the GF menu and enjoyed chips and salsa, chicken taquitos and shredded beef tacos. No ill effects at all.

El Leoncito offers a complete separate gluten free menu separate from the regular menu to make it easier for guests with allergies to know exactly what to order. They also will take special requests and substitute items to meet my needs.
