The food is not gluten free as they use the same fryer for everything. The meal I ordered was gluten free in that it was meat and rice. The taste of the food was excellent I will say. This restaurant was overkill on their approach the the virus with an over 98% survival rate. Temperature checks upon entrance (my temp was 96, so I was medically dead lol) and hand sanitizer bottles on all tables (with unspecified chemicals in it). It just dampened the experience overall.
