There entire dinner menu is gluten free. They have dedicated fryer for chips. I had Margherita, Tacos, Refried beans and another entree. Food was amazing and the server was quite helpful.

Me and my partner who is celiac loveee El Moose. They have the best gluten free chips with no cross contamination. One of our go-tos for a consistently amazing meal/service.

This is probably my favorite place to eat/order from in Seattle. The food is amazing and 99.9% of the menu is naturally GF - the only gluten comes from the bread for the Tortas on the brunch/lunch menu and they don't make it in-house. I've eaten here dozens of times and never had a reaction.
The Carne Asada and Manchamanteles are my go-to entrees, but everything I've tried as been delicious even when it gets a bit too spicy for my taste. I also love the guacamole+chips and the flan!
Side note if you plan to order for delivery: sometimes they will stop taking delivery orders during "busy times" like Friday and Saturday evenings. If you want to be safe, try to put your order in before 6-7pm.

Super delicious Mexican food. Everything on menu is GF except "torta" sandwiches, which are only served weekdays. We went for Sunday brunch and it was great!

This place was amazing! So many options, almost all gluten free. The chips and guac are a must! The meals are huge so sharing is a good option.

The food at El Moose is so delicious. Authentic Mexican food - the best I’ve had in a while. Their menu lists 99% of items are GF. I am celiac and had no issues. I also asked for dairy free and they were super accommodating. Highly recommend!

Been here a few times, almost all of their menu is GF except for sandwich bread at lunch. Huge portions and really tasty.

Tasty food. We did enchiladas de puya, shrimp in cream sauce, and the sopes huevo. All delicious, but the salsa de puya is pretty spicy after taste! (The cheese enchiladas themselves are great, I scraped the sauce off and mixed some green salsa from the sopes huevo to meditate the heat).
Only gluten containing items (torta, sandwiches) are on the lunch menu.
They do make a GF beer battered fried fish that goes in the fryer, and it is a gluten removed beer. The risk from that then causing cross contamination issues is pretty low, but just so you know. But there is tons to order if you decide not to do any items (eg plantains) from the fryer.
Waiter was knowledgeable. Outdoor dining was covered but with plenty of air flow making it a safe option.

I have been here many times. One of my go to places for breakfast. I love everything, especially if it has cactus in it. I never order anything from the fryer so the fact that it is not a dedicated Gluten-free doesn’t make any difference to me.

*update* Confirmed as another reviewer had said that the fryer isn’t technically gluten free. If you ask them they will say yes, but when I asked if the beer batter for the fish goes into the fryer they said it does, but I think they use Omission beer which is a gluten removed beer and not celiac-safe. The batter is otherwise GF.
Awesome food. Most of the menu is gluten free, except for the tortas, according to our server. I had the sopes con huevos and shared the both guac and the esquites appetizer with the table. Everything was delicious. Very good tequila selection too.

The fryer is NOT safe. They serve beer battered fish tacos and the fryer is shared. Anything non fried is safe though. The enchiladas are good!

Really nice establishment with even better food. Their menu states 99% of their items are gluten free. I had a quesadilla and they stated beforehand that they don’t even use flour tortillas, so there wasn’t any fear of cross-contamination. Will definitely be returning!

If you go for dinner or on a weekend, ALL the food is gf. (If you go for weekday lunch, they serve sandwiches.) Knowledgable staff, good food. Super pricey though!

Absolutely incredible food - everything on their dinner menu is GF. The only gluten item is on the lunch menu and it’s handled on a completely separate part of the kitchen. Fryer is 100% GF too! Will be making this a regular spot for us.

THEY DO NOT HAVE A GLUTEN FREE FRYER. I asked the server who checked with their kitchen and their beer battered fish is fried in the same fryer. Service was also extremely slow. Took nearly 30 minutes to get tacos when there were only three other tables.

Most items are GF here. They have an asterisk next to things that DO contain gluten, it it just seems to be the tortas. Ask server, but I ate here with reaction. Seriously tasty.

99% gluten free (aside from bread they put in a random salad that can easily be removed) - excellent authentic Mexican that’s totally safe for a celiac (yes, even the fried food)

I go here frequently and I’ve never been disappointed by anything on the menu. Everything is GF except the bread (they only use corn tortillas). Love the horchata latte.

So good! Best Mexican food in Seattle. Very gf-friendly and safe for celiacs like me. They hardly have any gluten in the house.

The food is great! Get the guacamole for sure.
There is almost no gluten used in any of the menu items. All of the tortillas are corn and the hot out of the fryer chips are amazing. The ambiance is authentic Mexican and very kid friendly. Try the shrimp in a spicy cream sauce.
