Food was delicious. Corn tortillas for tacos worked really well. They don't have a dedicated fryer so the chips were at risk for cross contamination. Server was understanding and careful, checked in with the chefs to confirm which items were cooked separately. Offered to sub out a couple of ingredients that would have been higher risk.

Great offering of mexican food. Nothing is labeled gluten free so I went with the things that should be safe based on experience (i.e., nothing fried, nothing with flour tortillas) and speaking with the waiter. Waitstaff was kind but did not seem particularly experienced in gluten free protocols. That’s okay because he was willing to answer questions and check with the chef when needed.
Anyway, great food! Would be even better and comfortable if they had foods labeled gluten free and shared their protocols somewhere, but they’re open on Tuesdays and this was a plan B dinner place that ended up being really good.
