Review of El Segundo Sol

Celiac safe! One of the single best restaurants I’ve ever eaten and certainly the best Mexican food! They absolutely go out of their way to ensure your food is safe. They have a separate gluten free menu (that is almost identical to the regular menu), all gluten free orders go in on a special neon pink slip, and all gluten free food comes out with an allergy pick to show it was prepared in a dedicated kitchen space. And the chips are safe (PLEASE get the nachos!!). We ate here three times in five days because it was just that good!! The very best thing I ate in Vegas!
