Delicious! Most of the menu is naturally gluten free. There is one dish that uses flour tortillas and tres leche cake, but most everything else is safe. The yuka fries are rustic cut and perfectly crispy in the outside. The papusa was great. The arepa came as a sandwich with our choice of protein, avocado, and pico. Wish we had time to eat here again.
