I have eaten here numerous times (symptomatic celiac) without issue. I love getting the fries, since I am sensitive to seed oils and they use olive oil and a gf frier. I will say to come when they are not busy. I came one day during a rush, and watched them prepare my burger and it was absolutely not celiac-safe. Everything was being prepared right where gluten was just seconds earlier. I didn’t eat the meal. They do say right on the door that they cannot account for cross-contamination though, so I can’t really blame them! For the most part, it has been a great experience eating there for me. I would only order in store so that you can be sure, if you are symptomatic.

They have so many gluten free choices. Chicken tenders French fries and onion rings they are done in a separate frier. I didn't try the burger my bonus son did with a gluten free bun and he loved it. I had the chicken tenders, onion rings was so good. We also got the vegan gluten free df vanilla shake it was so good. I will definitely be going back. They where so good at knowing about the allergies. No problems at all. Was really nice to be able to have options and a knowledgeable staff.

Everything fried is GF—fries, onion rings (tasty!), and ckn tenders. Asked them to change gloves for my burger and they did. GF items prepared on a tray, so they don’t touch the counter used for making gluten-containing foods. There is a risk of cross-contamination; they take reasonable measures. Did not get sick after.

It was pricey for a burger and fries. $5.70 for a small order of fries. But they offer a gf bun for a $2 up charge or lettuce wrap for free. They have a dedicated fryer and grass fed beef.

Staff great with Celiac knowledge! Burger was good, however, don’t waste the extra $2 for a gluten free bun. While it tasted ok, it fell apart immediately. Go for the lettuce wrap. All fries are done in dedicated fryer. They prepare gf on other side of kitchen and change gloves.

I had the Paleo Burger with fries. They have a dedicated fryer, so the fries were safe! Burger was juicy and delicious. I watched the line cook follow a different procedure to make my order, so I felt confident. Didn’t get sick. Definitely recommend.

This was at the Wynnewood, PA location across from the train station. No GF buns. Burger came wrapped in lettuce surrounded by paper - what a mess! I’d have rather brought my own GF bun or order it in a bowl. Cashier did ask about”gluten allergy” after I tried ordering a GF bun and he said they don’t offer that option. Cook did appear to change gloves when handling the burger. Friers are only for fries. Very good but saltier than most.
Delicious organic food and fully accomodating of GF requirements!

Oh, so yummy! I get my order in a lettuce wrap-lettuce is fresh and crisp! Fries are good, but a little too salty for my taste buds. Great burgers! Great toppings, too. Love their cheese. All toppings are always fresh.

Knowledgeable and tasty.

Their burgers are DELICIOUS and can always be ordered in a lettuce wrap. As far as I know, all toppings are GF (you might have to double check on the "Elevation sauce"). Their fries are GF as well since they're the only thing the fryer is used for.
Elevation burger inside the Sunoco at the Maryland House service plaza. They have gluten free buns and lettuce wrap options.

The GF bun and food were good. They told me they didn’t have gf tenders or fries that day. I did eat some of the regular fries and didn’t have a reaction, but I’m not celiac. They have dairy free cheese slices and ice cream they make into shakes with almond milk.

Did not feel safe eating at this location and hoping I’m not sick in the morning (my symptoms take about 12 hours to appear). Staff not knowledgeable and despite conflicting reviews on site, I was informed fries were made in a shared fryer with gluten. I had a burger on a GF bun only.
