Wow, just wow. They work in teams of 3 with your server. Most everything is gf. Our server noted that the special my wife (who is gluten intolerant) wanted had a flour based sauce. However, after some quick thought, he offered butter based sauce with the crab Louie seperate with no sauce. After talking with the chef he came back even one better with a medication ofnthe meal with a butter sauce that would pair well with the entire meal. This is the great experience you get when they are doing things from scratch in the kitchen and have an attentive, kbowlwdgeable server, Michael, i believe (looksike the bear, chef series on hulu). Excellent!!! The meal was awesome.

Very knowledgeable and make sure that they take precautions to keep you safe. Food is absolutely delicious. They are a little pricey but you pay for the name.

Absolutely fantastic. They label everything that’s gluten free on the same menu everyone else gets. All entrees except for one was gluten free.

The staff was knowledgeable and kind.

Highly recommend this place for anyone. They’ll treat you right.

Made an online reservation noting my sister and I were both gluten-free and dairy-free. Upon being seated, we had a waiter acknowledge our allergies without having to be told verbally. GF items clearly marked on the menu and there are TONS of them! The waiter double-checked with the kitchen, without being asked, to make sure our selections were safe. We both got a salmon dish and a side of grilled asparagus. I had the sorbet for dessert with no problems! Hands down this was the BEST dining experience I’ve ever had. Totally worth the price!!

The general manager called me ahead of time to confirm and walk me through their kitchen clean procedures to ensure I felt comfortable eating there. Staff was very knowledgeable and ensured I felt safe. Food was delicious and did not get sick!

Extensive GF choices clearly marked on menu. Told the server I had CD and he knew full well how to care for my meal including cross-contamination issues. Highly recommend.

And as an aside - a friend we were with has shellfish allergy and they were careful about his preparation as well including how one item was deep fried in the same oil as shrimp so he could decline.

The staff is very knowledgeable. I asked at the hostess stand and she was even educated about it. Most menu can be gluten free. Corn chowder with lobster is amazing. This place is doing it right.

fabulous service. They let me create my own dinner. they out the sauce on the side. everything was perfect. they server was very aware of the importance of getting my meal correct.

The waiter was knowledgeable about what items could be made gluten free. We enjoyed the scallop ceviche and seafood pan roast. At MGM hotel.
