There are few restaurants open in Vaduz on a Sunday but this restaurant had a ton of gluten free options on the menu. When I got there I started asking questions about the preparation of some dishes that were marked gluten free, but are usually not in the US. After consulting with thr chef told me that there was flour in some dishes that are marked gluten free like the sweet and sour chicken. They recommended the red curry which they assured me had no flour and I ate it and seemed to be ok. Honestly, I would have probably walked out, but I really didn’t have any other options and grocery stores were closes. So celiacs beware!
