Enza's Italian Restaurant

So before I write this I should say that this place was talked up by several people we know and the reviews on here all seemed quite great, so expectation’s were high. Having said that this was the single worst experience my wife and I have ever had at a restaurant, not only since we have been GF, I mean ever! We were treated like dirt by the waitress, told that there was no one to speak to about GF options other than her, and that we should just have pasta with red sauce which she said that was the owner’s recommendation. I have no idea whether she actually spoke to the owner or not ( I seriously doubt it ) but she could not have been more rude or less helpful! I should add that they knew it was my wife’s birthday and that we were excited to be there and could not have cared less. Amazing food and knowledgeable. 1st restaurant I have found that will bend over backwards to accommodate. 5 plus stars!

Have eaten here twice now and had no reaction. Most recently we did take out. Great tasting food! We will be back!

The best service, Dane, so accommodating and knowledgeable. The food, was the BEST gnocchi since I was in Italy. Celiac friendly will be back again and again and again!!!!

Amazing food. I had the Penne Carbonara and it was out of this world. Our waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable about the gluten-free needs. Super people. I can't wait to go back.

Been going here for a couple years and after my fiancé was diagnosed with celiac we were so happy to be able to continue going here! Food is incredible and she swears it's the best Italian dishes she has had gluten free. I Highly recommend going here!

Great place for the whole family. Gluten free penne with any sauce is available. They will make other accommodations too. The best restaurant in jax hands down. Great food. Great service. Great people.
