Review of Enza's Italian Restaurant

So before I write this I should say that this place was talked up by several people we know and the reviews on here all seemed quite great, so expectation’s were high. Having said that this was the single worst experience my wife and I have ever had at a restaurant, not only since we have been GF, I mean ever! We were treated like dirt by the waitress, told that there was no one to speak to about GF options other than her, and that we should just have pasta with red sauce which she said that was the owner’s recommendation. I have no idea whether she actually spoke to the owner or not ( I seriously doubt it ) but she could not have been more rude or less helpful! I should add that they knew it was my wife’s birthday and that we were excited to be there and could not have cared less.
