The chef uses new utensils, changes gloves & cleans wok. They have many celiac regulars.
Pad Thai is incredible! (no peanut sauce- I use my own gf sauce) portion size is large.
If ordering take out which is what I do, I request they mark in CAPS Gluten Free Allergy to my order to which they often respond “don’t worry, it’s gluten free” so there’s the frustration of a possible communication break-down as this clearly indicates that they haven’t the slightest clue about cross contamination. Since I’ve spoken with the owner/chef, I know the kitchen staff does understand so you may need to press the phone person to comply with your wishes.
