Review of Erin McKenna's Bakery

I really don’t love this place. Their prices are outrageously expensive for the quality and taste. The donuts and most of the menu are WAY too sweet to the point of being icky and the consistency is more of a cake than a donut. I’ve tried almost everything in their store upon moving in the area 5 years ago, not all of it is bad, but most I find hard to finish with the mix they use. $8 for a tiny cinnamon roll? C’mon. Their bagels are their best item, which doesn’t agree with my stomach (guessing heavy xantham gum), but they taste great.
