Really fun to get to choose from so many items!! Dedicated gf bakery. I was doubtful because everything is vegan too (I am not df so I do like to still have dairy in my treats), but it was still great! Not like usual bland vegan gf treats I’ve tried. I liked the tiramisu and maple donut best.

Amazing options. It was so fun for my daughter to get to pick whatever she wanted off the menu. The coffee cake is incredible!

Honestly, this place is probably the worst tasting gluten-free bakery I’ve ever visited. I’ve tried cookies, cupcakes, and donuts and the only thing edible for me has been the coffee cake. Their frosting is shockingly bad. I’ve visited twice (to confirm I’m not crazy), and both times I’ve always witnessed and experienced terrible service. Employees clearly do not want to be there. They roll their eyes at customers and are always rude. With so many other gluten free bakeries available there is no reason to hit this one up.

I met Erin when I was there. She walked me through which items had what in it as I am celiac, but also I’m allergic to nuts and have hashimoto’s so I try and avoid all grains. She uses a fava bean mixture as the base for her donuts and they’re SO GOOD. I can’t even tell you how good!!!! She is amazing and it’s my fav place now.

Not only was everything unbelievably expensive ($40 for 6 cupcakes after tax) and average-tasting (I could make better in my own home and I’m a very bad baker), but I had a celiac reaction from it. They use Bob’s Red Mill GF flour which isn’t certified and has nailed me in the past. Not worth the time or the pain. Plus the employees don’t seem like they want to be there.

I have tried many of their items and I love them all! This is my go to place for special occasions. I don’t live close by but it is so worth the long drive. Everything I’ve had has been great.

Their prices make being a Celiac depressing. If you are affluent or trying to burn money they are perfect.

Dedicated vegan, GF, refined sugar free, excellent delicious establishment! I loved them in NYC and would make special trips to China Town and I love them here!

Dedicated gf, vegan and kosher bakery! Went with my friend and grabbed some donuts and other sweet treats, they were delicious!!

This is a dedicated gluten free, vegan, and kosher bakery. No chance of CC here.
Everything is delicious. I’ve taken several of my non-gf friends who all love it as well. Their sweets are great, but when they do savory stuff too, you’re in for a treat.

The staff was very nice and everything was so delicious, I live quite far but I’ll definitely be coming back.

Everything here is gf/allergy free! I was able to get literally everything on the menu, which was a nice change. The food was fantastic and I would definitely come back if I lived closer.
Yes
a safe haven! I like some of the treats better than others. especially love the dessert breads and donuts!

The choices!!!! Amazing!! Their donuts are die for. We tried all of the different ones. Wish they were in Portland Oregon. Would drive for them. Staff was so helpful and fun too.
Yes
100% GF and vegan bakery, by far the best I’ve ever had. I’m not sure what kind of deal was struck with the GF devil but their cupcakes and doughnuts are straight out of my celiac dreams. I even prefer their frosting to non-vegan stuff

Everything is gluten free. Great choices for sweets!

Everything is GF and vegan! I avoid oats because my body reacts to them like gluten. They have a list of ingredients and can give you the binder to check the ingredients yourself.

Gluten-free Bakery/ Cafe. Delicious! Will be back soon!

I love this bakery but my favorite thing is the donuts - especially the Samoa flavor. It’s fantastic!

Dedicated gluten free. The everything bagels were amazing... I bought only two because they were the last two. My non-celiac husband had the lemon bread (not sure what they call it) and coffee cake, which he said were better than any gluten versions he’s ever had. My daughter ordered “the bakery sink”, which was a cup full of a hodgepodge of leftovers. She will probably be eating it for a week. It would be the perfect treat for a starving artist or poor college student with celiac disease... $6.50 for a ton of gf goodies. My freezer is now full of the variety of treats we picked out for later.

Desserts are dry and not good. Uses spelt and some ingredients are not safe for celiacs.
Super limited selection, not great tasting and I reacted hugely before finding out they use Bob’s Red Mill flour which tests at 19ppm, not good for the super sensitive celiac.

The donuts are so good. I always end up buying way too many things when I go. Everything is gluten free.

Gluten free and vegan bakery. Mini brownies are my favourite
Love the chocolate chip cookies!!!
Definitely celiac friendly, but for a place with such a good reputation their bakery doesn’t exactly blow me away. Their cupcakes are pretty mediocre and their doughnuts are definitely sub par. It’s also really expensive.
The staff are really knowledgeable and attentive though.

Definitely worth a visit. Best gf donuts we’ve had and all sorts of yummy goodies.

Friendly staff. Had a vanilla glazed donut and coffee. No issues or reaction.

I am an extremely sensitive Celiac, and I have never once gotten sick here! Everything is amazing, and it's the only place I eat baked goods that aren't my own! I have never had a problem with Bob Mills flour, but everyone is a little different (based off a previous review). It is a little expensive, but for great gluten free and Celiac safe baking, it's totally worth it!

Tasted great , gluten free
Moist and flavorful gluten free cupcake. Donut was okay. Eclair was tasty.
It's heartbreaking to go to an "all gluten free" place and learn that their food isn't actually safe for you to eat. Good thing I specifically asked employees about their ingredients... I learned that they use Bob's Red Mill brand flour for all of their menu items--which is NOT certified gluten free by the GFCO, and contains about 20 ppm (parts per million) per serving of raw ingredients.
If I would have listened to the reviews here and the business' claims of gluten free safety, without doing the extra checking myself, I would have gotten very sick.
If you are incredibly sensitive and react to anything containing more than 10 ppm (part per million) of gluten, definitely do NOT go here--unless it's to request that they change their ingredients to be legitimately gluten free for people with severe celiac disease :(
I wish that everyone would include in their reviews the exact amount (in ppm) of gluten which they are sensitive to. This is not the first time I've been led astray by well-meaning reviewers who are not highly sensitive.

The moistest pastries/donuts/bread I've ever had! Everything was delicious and the staff was great!

Zero gluten, all vegan. Open 9a-9p or later! I bought too many items! So far I've tried and loved the cookie sandwich and the mint brownie cupcake. So rich and delicious! I also bought a thin mint cookie and a few day-old donuts, which is apparently what they're known for. Their eclair isn't soft, but made with crisp cookies with a creamy filling; good but not what I think of as an eclair. When I'm in the neighborhood, I'll keep them in mind.
Yes
Some delicious and some average goodies. We have to eat GF, but vegan isn't a norm for us. Maybe that's why we felt some of the treats were lackluster. The highlights were the lemon eclair, thin mint cookie, and lemon pound cake. I'd skip the donuts and brownie cupcake.
Yes
we ordered cupcakes, scones, donuts, and cookies all of them were great! Everything is Vegan as well. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This bakery is a little slice of heaven for people with food allergies. It features baked goods without gluten or dairy.
My favorite thing is the "ice cream" cookie sandwiches made with ginger cookies. The cream is actually their non-dairy frosting. Delightful!
I also love the donuts. They taste more like cake, as they're not deep fried. Also, the cinnamon rolls are awesome.
This isn't a health food store, so don't expect low calorie options. Just awesome baked goods!

Definitely GF but Honestly kinda gross…. Since everything is vegan AND GF they’re not working with much. I would rather GF baked goods that at least have some butter! Could make better desserts at home

I love this bakery. But the staff is not super friendly in new york. They also don’t do custom orders with any detail like the other locations. I love the Santa Monica location as well as the Disney springs one. But the New York location unfortunately is just not the same. The food is delicious except the vanilla donuts always have something hard in them. I also brought my daughter to the New York location who was 6 months old in a stroller and there were steps so I couldn’t even access the store easily.

I recently became gluten free due to health concerns and I was excited to try this establishment. Unfortunately, I didn’t even have the opportunity to because the employees were so rude I refuse to give them business. What a shame. Smelt delicious. Their rude employee situation seems to be a recurring theme considering a few of the other reviews said the same thing.

Got the donuts and they were really good! The maple one wasn't as mapel-y as I would've liked but was still delicious. A little pricey at $4.75 for one donut but was worth it.
