The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable of their GF options. They did an excellent job accommodating me. I got the Italian sausage pasta. Flavor wise, I thought it was ok. The sausage had too much sage? Fennel? I’m not sure exactly what the spice was but it wasn’t my favorite. The GF penne was one of the grittier GF pastas I’ve had.
Very delicious. Got the chicken alfredo with gluten free pasta. Waitress brought me extra alfredo because the noodles soak up the sauce so fast. The kitchen staff started new pasta water for my noodles. She even mentioned that you can bring your own gluten free bread and they will toast it so you can have garlic bread.
Really nice restaurant. Fun atmosphere. Hubby was told everything could be made gluten free excluding the bread, meatballs, and regular desserts. He ordered Italian sausage with red sauce over GF red lentil penne pasta, salad with blue cheese dressing, and a slice of GF key lime pie. He started feeling bad about the time we were leaving the restaurant. We’re thinking it may have been something in the sausage, salad dressing, or perhaps rice flour in the pie crust. We are still learning how to advocate and ask questions in restaurants and know now that we probably should’ve asked more questions of the chef. Our server was knowledgeable about gluten and very helpful. Based on all of the other reviews where celiacs have had no problem, we are thinking it may have been rice flour.
Everything was great! I ordered the Pesto with gluten free noodles and shrimp, it was so good! My server remembered that I was gluten free and let me know that they had a GF Key Lime Pie in the cooler so he brought me a slice. It was delicious. My husband doesn't like Italian food, but he also loved it (he didn't order GF). Highly recommend getting there right at open, if possible.
I ate their gf pasta with pesto, and it was delicious. The pesto was the best I’ve ever tasted. I did not order dessert as they all sounded glutinous. I felt confident with their level of safety because 1) our server was knowledgeable about the care taken in the kitchen to prepare GF dishes and 2) because of other reviews on this app. I didn’t have any symptoms after eating there, although I don’t always have reactions to gluten. Get there as early as possible because our wait at 7pm on a Monday night was more than an hour.
I ordered the Tuscan Chicken with gluten free pasta. It was very delicious! Server was knowledgeable about gluten free and cross contamination. She made sure she told the chef that I had an allergy and they cooked my food separate. They also had a great gluten free key lime pie. I felt great. No cross contamination issues.
It’s a long wait but definitely worth it!
They’re very knowledgeable about what is gluten free and when it comes time for dessert, they only offer you what is gluten free! And let me tell you, it’s been a long time since I’ve had a cheesecake that tasted that amazing.
I ended up getting the artichoke hearts for an app and the daily fish. It was a delicious salmon with sundried tomato pesto on top, veggies on the side and gluten free pasta.
No reaction!

Asked the host about gluten free when we got there. Was told no problem. When waiter came out asked about gluten free and said I was Celiac. He made a note that I was Celiac and informed the kitchen. Was told most things I could have and which pastas I could not have. Was able to choose from almost everything. They recently changed gluten free pasta brands and assured me it was a much better pasta. It was absolutely delicious. The sauce was fantastic and the pasta had the perfect texture. My spouse tried some and said that was the closest to normal pasta she has ever had. Meal came with a small salad that was very fresh and the dressing was very good. They even had a gluten free cheese cake for dessert, that we got, and it was pretty good. Recommend highly. Very small restaurant so a bit cramped but if I ever am in the area again I will definitely stop by again.
Almost everything they make can be done gluten free - just let them know and they'll adjust. They're very knowledgeable and the food was delicious! The contact-less delivery is also great - just be sure you get utensils (if needed) at their outdoor area since they didn't include any in the bag.
My husband and I were recently visiting Eureka Springs and discovered Ermilio's. We loved it so much we ate there two nights in a row! While they were not doing dine-in service, they created a lovely area in the parking lot with picnic tables and umbrellas. We enjoyed eating amazing Italian food while surrounded by beautiful nature! They had a wonderful gluten-free penne that worked with my celiac diet. Highly recommend!
All of the sauces were gluten free. You simply choose a sauce and then ask for gluten free pasta. They do not have gluten free bread. The only gluten free dessert available was a tort with a pecan crust and berry topping. but it was very good. I only have a gluten intolerance so I did not ask about the cooking environment as far as contamination goes. Because it's in an old Victorian home, the dining area is very crowded, but the wait staff is very friendly, and the food is very good. The upper level is a cash only bar and lounge for when you're waiting for a table.
